1. Returns
Due to the perishable nature of tea, we do not accept returns for reasons such as taste preference or change of mind. However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, we are happy to offer a replacement or refund as per the guidelines below.
2. Replacements & Refunds
We will offer a free replacement or a full refund in the following cases:
