Brewing Tips – Traditional Method

Ingredients (for 1 cup):

• 1 cup Water/Milk
• 1 tsp tea leaves or dust
• 1 tsp sugar
• Optional Add : ginger, cardamom, cinnamon, cloves for masala chai

Instructions:

• Boil Water/Milk in a saucepan.
• Add tea leaves or tea dust and sugar (and spices if using).Keep in Simmer 3–4 minutes.
• Strain and serve hot.
